Add more salt to taste if you like. Now add water and let it cook on medium flame until the beef is cooked and the oil separates from the mixture. Mix well and make sure all potatoes are pushed below the gravy for even cooking. Adjust the consistency of keema by adding less or more water. Add the garlic, ginger, Serrano pepper and spices to the pot.
