  16. Prepare 1 tbsp. Ketchup
  17. Take 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
  18. Prepare 2 tsp. brown sugar

Add cabbage and carrots to skillet and stir; sprinkle with salt. Cover the mixture with noodles and pour the sauce over all. Place on a serving platter and garnish with chopped scallions, if desired. Yakisoba (焼きそば) is the Japanese version of stir-fried noodles.
