  6. Heat a pan add 2-3 spoons oil and cook the patties on medium slow flame until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.

They can be served as appetizers, a side or on top of salads for protein! Put the quinoa in a saucepan and pour over the hot stock. These quinoa patties were hard to photograph and I almost didn't post this recipe because of it.
